Rob's parents surprised us with 8 weeks of classes at the My Gym in Chesterfield for Christmas. Tuesday night, we went and joined their "Free Play", which anyone can go to. It was pretty crowded and Baron didn't know what to think at first and was a little timid but by the time we had to go, he was running around everywhere like he owned the place. He really liked it...a lot! With that being said, we had our first meltdown when it was time to leave. Tears and all.
Today was the regular class that we will be attending. Since Rob was at breakfast with his parents, it was just Baron and I to start and then they all joined later. I think that Rob's parents really enjoyed watching all the little ones run around.
Baron did really well surprisingly. They had a few activities where we had to sit in a circle and follow what the instructor was doing and I was shocked that he sat there and tried just about everything. Even with him being the youngest in the class, he was still a brut and several times he would bump into or knock heads with the other ones and just run away like nothing happened while the other little kid started crying. We've got to work on that. This kid is crazy big for his age...
