Finally Rob and I were able to take Baron out back and sit by the fire and roast marshmallows. Baron had done this before, but that was back when he wasn’t even 1 yet. All day, we kept telling Baron about the fire and what we were going to do and he was just as excited as you would think he would be. Once we were out there and the fire was going, he was talking a mile a minute about the fire, constantly switching seats and asking questions. When it came time to roast or burn the marshmallow, he was all for it. Rob helped him, but in the end, every marshmallow would just catch on fire. No big deal, I don’t think that Baron would have eaten it anyway. Instead, he opted for just the regular old marshmallow.
