Since this is the second time of Rob and I hosting the annual Cookie Bake and with last years activity being the scavenger hunt, we decided on doing a Fear Factor themed activity.
I got a ton of ideas online along with a few of our own. I could tell the kids were excited since we hadn't said anything regarding an "activity". They kept asking if we were going to have another scavenger hunt. So we had 8 total buckets with 3 group activities mixed in. Below is a list of the buckets.
Bucket of Turds (yellow water with snickers and baby ruth)
Live Crickets
Live Worms
Cow Tongue & Pig Snouts
Oobleck (corn starch and water - hard consistency and once you touch it, it becomes liquid)
Oil Covered Grapes
Mud
Dead Squid
I think the kids really liked it. Some were pretty grossed out but I was shocked that everyone did it. I was worried going into it that one of the them wouldn't want to do some of the buckets but nope, they all participated. This was so much fun to organize. Many thanks to Rob and Dad for doing all the hard (gross) work in actually putting everything together. Can't wait for next year!
