He did really well, and he LOVED playing in the leaves. Especially when we would throw them high and let them fall. Laying down in them...that was another story.

Not technically pink eye, but you get the idea
This was freaky, I was almost expecting a flying saucer to lower to the ground
Another reason we came to visit, was because Griffin was playing in the JFL Football Superbowl. Their team (Virden Bulldogs - Purple) were currently undefeated and were heading into a game where they had already beat the competitors twice. This time, however, they weren't so lucky. They ended up losing 16 - 6:( It was so sad to see so many little guys crying and upset. Griffin barely let me take his picture after the game. You can tell that he was not a happy camper.
This is the new game (other than ring around the rosy) that Baron loves to play. He will ask me for some ice and then tease the dogs into trying to lick it out of his hands. He gets the biggest kick out of this. Somewhere he has picked up a new laugh, a real hearty chuckle. Maybe he's trying to mimic us? I sure hope that's not how I sound when I laugh.
